Will washing harm my paint?
No, painted surfaces are treated with a mildew and algae killing agent and are washed off with a widespray nozzle to prevent damage to painted surfaces.

How do you charge for a large bay window?
Bay windows are generally made up of two smaller windows and a center large window. The larger window counts as two windows, giving a total of four windows.

How often should I pressure wash my house?
For the majority of homes, once yearly will keep your home looking it's best. But on occasion there are areas that develop mold and milder more quickly, and may need attention sooner. Remember, pressure washing removes dirt and mildew prolonging the life of your paint job. I have gutter guards.

Do I need to clean them?
If you have gutter screens, they are prone to open or come off occasionally, causing blockage. Even if your gutter guards are in good working order, debris will collect in valleys or flat areas of your roof and will reduce the effectiveness of drainage. This should be cleaned off yearly.

Will you check to make sure the downspouts are clear?
Yes, all downspouts are cleaned to ground level. If your drain empties into underground pipes and get clogged, this will require a plumbing snake. We do not handle such cases.
